Thousands of devotees gather here at the time of fair to take a holy dip in the sacred waters of river Chandrabhaga. The main event organized here is a big cattle fair studded with lifestocks like camels, horses, cows, bullocks and buffaloes that are brought here from far-off places like Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
